What we need from you:

Provide a brief overview of your website’s purpose, target audience, and key features you want (e.g., e-commerce, blog, portfolio, contact forms).


How to do it: 

Fill out our online project questionnaire (available on our website) or schedule a consultation call with our team.

Bring along as much useful information as you can, such as websites you've seen that you like, or mood boards on how you'd like to be seen.

Providing Materials

What we need from you:

  • Logo, brand colors, and any existing branding guidelines.
  • Text content (e.g., About Us, Services, or product descriptions).
  • Images or media (e.g., product photos, team pictures, or videos).
  • Any preferred domain name (if you already own one or want us to secure one).


How to do it:
Upload materials via our secure client portal or send them via email. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet—we can guide you on creating or sourcing content!

These elements ensure your website reflects your brand identity and communicates your message effectively.

Choosing your plan

What we need from you:

Select a website package (e.g., basic, standard, or premium) based on your needs and budget.

How to do it:

Review our pricing page and confirm your choice during the consultation or via the client portal.

Why it matters:

This determines the scope of your project, including features, timeline, and deliverables. It also aligns our expectations from each other.

Approving the Design Concept

This is where we'll get to work!

What we’ll do:

Based on your input, we’ll create a mockup or wireframe of your website’s design.

What we need from you:

Review the mockup and provide feedback or approval. By this stage, we'll have sample products, images, colours, fonts and other web elements in place.

You'll be able to view everything on your computer, phone and tablet before we begin the main build. Think of it like a blueprint.

How to do it:

Use our client portal to view the design and submit comments or approval.

Why it matters: Your feedback ensures the design meets your expectations before development begins.

Review Cycle

What we’ll do:

Build your website, incorporating all agreed-upon features and content.

What we need from you:

Provide feedback during the review phase to ensure everything looks and functions as expected.


How to do it:

Test the website via a private staging link we provide and share any revisions.

Why it matters:

This step ensures your website is polished and ready for launch.

Launch & Training

Now the exciting bit!

What we’ll do:

Launch your website on your chosen domain and provide basic training on managing it (e.g., updating content, adding products).

What we need from you:

Confirm the launch date and let us know if you need ongoing support.


How to do it:

Schedule a training session (if needed) via our client portal.
